What we treat

The areas mowing can't keep up with

Non-selective, bare-ground herbicide application on the perimeters and low-traffic zones of commercial and industrial property — lasting control where mowing only buys a few weeks.

Perimeter & security fence lines

Clear boundary and security fencing for access and visibility.

Interior fence lines

Cross-fencing and interior runs kept clean all season.

Building perimeters & foundations

Growth held back from structures and foundations.

Parking lot & pavement edges

Clean margins along lots and paved-surface edges.

Sidewalk & curb edges

Weed-free walkways, curbs, and concrete joints.

Gravel lots, yards & storage

Equipment yards and storage areas kept bare and usable.

Isolated & recurring weed zones

The patches that come back every year, targeted directly.

If recurring vegetation interferes with access, inspection, or appearance anywhere on your site, we can treat it.

Our Guarantee

Dead — Or We Come Back Free

We don't leave a job half-finished. If the weeds we treated don't die, we make it right — no refunds to chase, no runaround. We just come back and finish it.

One-Time Treatments

30-Day Knockdown Guarantee

If the weeds we treated aren't dead within 30 days, we come back and re-treat that area — free. That's the whole promise. We finish what we started.

Program Clients

Stay-Clear Guarantee

We keep your treated areas clear all season. See regrowth between scheduled visits? Give us a call and we'll come take a look — whether we re-treat, and when, depends on your program, the timing, and how much has grown back.

Standard service is application-only — dead growth dries down and breaks apart naturally over the season. Prefer it gone? Removal and haul-off is available as an add-on. Covers the specific areas and weeds we treated, reported within 30 days, on accounts in good standing. Excludes new growth blown in from outside, regrowth after flooding or heavy irrigation that washes out the residual, and areas disturbed by digging or new fill after treatment.

Growing-Season Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Applications are guaranteed through the growing season — if treated areas don't hold up, we come back and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Pricing

Pricing built on your actual site

Bare-ground vegetation control along industrial yards, commercial sites, and fence-line perimeters depends on factors that can't be judged from a desk: vegetation type and density, terrain and access, linear footage, soil conditions, the herbicide program required to hold the ground clear, and whether you need a one-time knockdown or a year-long maintenance program.

For that reason, we don't publish flat rates that wouldn't hold up against your actual site. Instead, we walk the property with you, take real measurements, assess conditions on the ground, and deliver a clear, written, no-obligation quote before any work begins.

No surprises, no “overage” charges after the fact — the number we give you is the number you pay for the scope we agree on.

Common questions

Straight answers

How is this different from mowing?+
Mowing is a temporary fix that has to be repeated all season and only buys a few weeks. Our bare-ground herbicide application provides lasting control — holding fence lines, perimeters, and low-traffic zones clear through the growing season and cutting down on repeat visits and labor.
Will it harm landscaping I want to keep?+
No. Our licensed applicators use directed application to protect adjacent desirable vegetation. We treat only the agreed target areas — the edges, perimeters, and low-traffic zones — using the right products for your site.
Do you provide documentation for compliance?+
Yes. We hold a Category 5 Right-of-Way applicator license and keep accurate records of every treatment — a paper trail you can hand to your own compliance team, along with a Certificate of Insurance on request.
How often will you treat?+
It depends on your site and how fast growth returns. Most clients run a seasonal or year-round program; we'll recommend an interval during the site assessment and put it on the calendar.
Can you access secured or oilfield sites?+
Yes. Our crews are insured, and we coordinate with your on-site safety personnel before and during work to meet your facility's access and safety requirements.
What areas do you serve?+
Odessa, Midland, and the greater Permian Basin across West Texas.
